Trauma Focused ACT
This advanced 3-day workshop will be presented in-person in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg, with a bonus 6 months of access to the ACT for Depression and Anxiety on-demand workshops.
The focus will be to assist clinicians to integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into trauma treatment for PTSD, complex trauma, grief, and moral injury. You’ll learn trauma-informed pacing, process-based formulation, and flexible interventions for comorbid and high-risk presentations. Designed for professionals with prior ACT knowledge who want practical, evidence-based skills for working with complex cases.
