About the presenter
Werner Teichert
Werner Teichert obtained his Master in Clinical Psychology degree (Cum Laude) from the University of South Africa. He is a full Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists (FCCLIN).
Werner was trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) by Behavioral Tech, in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) at the Albert Ellis lnstitute in New York and in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) by The Beck Institute.
As the managing director of the Institute for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies, he has been involved in program formation, training and supervision of clinicians in DBT and CBT.
